We post Australia wide, and only post using Australia Post. Please note we are located in Perth WA.

Postage T&Cs

We post Australia wide using Sendle and Australia Post. You can choose if you would like to your order to be sent using express post, however this will be at a higher cost to the customer. We aim to ship all orders the following business day after the order is placed.

Perishable Goods:
Please be very mindful when ordering Chocolate during the warmer months as this is considered high risk product when considering spoilage. We use foil heat proof bubblewrap and occasionally ice packs (the ice packs are generally only good for up to 36hours), and advise selecting express post at checkout to minimise the chance of the product melting. Order at your own risk as we cannot refund for melted chocolate - it's may not look like it should but its still edible.

Broken or damaged Items:
Please do not sign for your parcel until you have checked that your goods are in condition. If there are any damaged goods, send the parcel back to us and we will replace any damaged goods. If you sign for it, the goods become your responsibility and we will not replace any damaged or broken items.

Leaving goods without a signature:
If you instruct us to deliver goods without your signature, please be aware you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. We will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. All parcels are to be signed for upon our request. This is so that parcels are not left unattended. If you are not home at time of attempted delivery, you will receive a calling card or a phone call from the delivery driver to arrange another possible delivery time. Keep in mind that if you are not home, this may impact the delivery time of your parcel.

Shipping and handling fees:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees covered under postage costs.

Availability of stock:
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible. In some cases we may contact you first via phone to see if you would like a substitute item.
